What I am working on
I am rebuilding the Ashes2Echoes estate so that its claims depend on evidence, not on prose. Every status below uses one ladder. BUILT: the code or document exists. WIRED: it is connected to a live path. PROVEN: it was shown working, with a retained receipt. These are merged changes, not accepted or enforced controls. No item has independent installation acceptance.
