1. ACCEPTANCE BY ACCESS

By entering an access code, viewing a non-public page, or receiving private Ashes2Echoes material, you agree to use that access only for the purpose under which it was granted. If you do not agree, do not proceed beyond the public pages.

2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Private material may include draft documents, code, workflow diagrams, evidence records, business notes, prototype screens, governance procedures, source-of-record maps, and rebuild findings. Public page titles and summaries are public; private artifact contents, credentials, non-public workflows, and internal evidence records are not.

3. RESTRICTIONS

• Do not redistribute private material, access codes, unpublished documents, screenshots of private rooms, or internal workflow details without written permission.
• Do not upload private Ashes2Echoes material into third-party AI systems, shared drives, or employer/client systems unless permission is explicitly granted.
• Do not represent draft, historical, or validation-pending material as live, certified, production-ready, or commercially available.
• Access codes are personal, non-transferable, and time-limited. If a code is sent to you by mistake, do not use it.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ashes2Echoes LLC retains its rights in its documents, designs, source code, marks, prototypes, operating concepts, and related materials. Access grants review permission only. It does not grant ownership, resale rights, deployment rights, or permission to build a derivative commercial product from private material.

5. STATUS LABELS CONTROL

The estate is in rebuild. A listed artifact, tile, workflow name, deck, registry entry, or repository path does not prove live behavior. When status labels conflict, the most conservative reading controls: draft remains draft, historical remains historical, validation-pending remains unproven, and private remains private.

6. RESPONSIBLE USE

Reviewers may discuss public pages and the resume. Private materials should be treated as controlled review context unless Ashes2Echoes gives written permission to quote, forward, copy, or reuse them.

The site is provided for portfolio review, research context, and controlled demonstration. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, medical, employment, or professional advice. Market-related surfaces, if shown, are research or paper-context tools unless explicitly documented otherwise.
